Digital Product Strategy:

• • Start with what you know. Your digital product should solve a problem your audience already has. What do people ask you about most often?
• • Price it higher than you think you should. Most creators underprice their products. Higher price = higher perceived value.
• • Build an email list before you launch. Your launch will be dead if you launch to nobody. Build the list first.
• • Create urgency. Limited-time offers and bonuses drive sales. Give people a reason to buy NOW.
• • Testimonials are social proof. Give early access to people who will give you honest feedback and use their words in your marketing.
• • Upsell and cross-sell. Once someone has bought from you, they’re much more likely to buy again. Have a product ladder.

Tools for Digital Products:

• • Gumroad - simple and free to start. Takes a percentage of sales.
• • Lemon Squeezy - similar to Gumroad with more features.
• • Kajabi - all-in-one platform for courses, communities, and email marketing.
• • Teachable - popular course platform.
• • Podia - good for creators selling multiple types of digital products.
